| Interview Why did you join the Young Marines? Because my parents put me in it. How has the program helped you? It helped my attitude and behavior. Whats the best activity in this unit so far? Drill at Crooks Park. What activity would you most like to see this unit do? I think that our Unit should spend one whole day paintballing at a paintball park. What is your favorite food? PIZZA Favorite Movie? Cabin Fever Favorite Hobby? Paintball , because it is very fun. What advice would you give to new recruits? To keep trying and never give up. |
Lawrence Durrer is an exceptional Young Marine, graduating fron Recruit Platoon 1007 as Honor Recruit. He and his brothers have participated in all the activities and Community Services. The East Valley Young Marines have high expectations that Lawrence will be one of the future Young Marine leaders of our unit. |
